Walt: understand how to read 24 hour time.


Task description: In this activity we had to understand 24 hour time. This was a silver medal problem and if we got all the answers right you would've received a silver medal.

Waven the water angel Pokemon card

Task description: In this activity we had to create our own Pokemon card. We had
to give it a name and powers. My Pokemon is named Waven. Waven is a water angel who protects heaven but her weakness is fire.

Task description:
In this task the year 6's had to create an animation about pollution. We had to show in our animation someone disrespecting the environment and someone respecting the environment by picking up rubbish, even though it wasn't there's.

Little egg friends

This is my experience about my egg friend. We all got to hold one egg each and take care of it. Have you ever had to take care of your friend but wait it’s not a normal friend it’s an egg friend ?


In class, Mr Goodwin told us what we were going to be doing that morning. He said that we were going to do a challenge, and it was all about eggs. We all ‘cracked’ up when he said that. Mr Goodwin showed us an eggsample of what our task was. He picked out one egg from the egg carton and drew a face on the egg. He showed us the face and asked someone to name it, Marika shouted out  “ Bob” and we laughed so hard that our cheeks hurt so bad.

Once we all got a egg we drew weird crazy faces on them. When we finished drawing our little egg friends faces, we named them, my egg friend was named Fiona. After Fiona in shrek. Room 7 ran outside carefully and started walking to the park. As we were walking we all cradled our eggs and made sure it wasn’t going to drop or die. Fewww I was in luck my egg didn’t die as I was walking to the park.

Mr Goodwin took pictures of us in groups of four, I was with Pisirina, Marika and Jahzara. When he took the picture he said “ try get through the adventure park without breaking or cracking your egg”. We all ran for the rock climbing wall and climbed up. I put Fiona at the top and she nearly got cracked because people were walking past and were almost about to step on her. I got to the top and went past the monkey bars and up the ladder. Mr Goodwin counted down from “ 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, so we could all meet on the grass.

Overall I think that this was really fun. I think everyone should do this activity because they would really enjoy it. I really liked how everyone had such a great time doing this.

A Big Big mission

WALT: Make sure that I am being Cybersmart

Have you ever had a teacher turn into a Sargent all of a sudden? Well I have.
Yesterday Sargent Goodwin  took us out on the cold wet grass on the field however it was a
big mission just for us. Read the rest to find out what happens next.

In this big mission Sargent Goodwin told us what to do. He told every single one of us that we
were going to be running. He said “ you guys have to run all the way to the gold post and back”.
We were all getting ready to run then Sargent Goodwin said are you ready. We said yes.

“On your marks get set go” sargent Goodwin said. Everyone ran their hardest all the way their.
When we started running some people ruined it for us. It was the boys. The boys were big
cheaters

The boys ran halfway so that they could win but they didn’t. Lucky Sargent Goodwin told them
off. By the time he finished telling them off the girls were finished. When we finished he told us
to stand in one big straight line. We were his soldiers. It was like we were getting ready to go to
war. We all marched on the bike track around the field like a big army.

I kinda felt like I was training to be a soldier with my friends. Next time I would want to do
some army activities to feel like I’m getting pushed to do everything that soldiers do. Thanks for

The Race ( Bronze medal)

Task description: In this task we had to complete the bronze medal. If we completed this we had to attempt the Silver and Gold medal. This task was all about meters and km. I have just earned the bronze medal and now have to attempt the gold and silver.

Task description: In this task we had to complete every single slide until we received our gold medal. We had to complete bronze, silver and gold and I did.  This was the hardest presentation so far but I finished it. Thanks for reading.

Task Description: For this task we had to learn to tell the time better. We wrote the analog, digital and written forms of time. We also got to attempt the Bronze, Silver and Gold problems. I got up to Gold.
